State police arrested a Horseheads man following a traffic stop on April 30.
According to a news release, Edward Rutan, 57, was stopped on Westinghouse Road in the village around 8:12 p.m.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated.
State police didn’t provide additional information about the traffic stop.
He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to local court at a later date.
