The Buffalo Bills strengthened their defense on Tuesday, signing defensive tackle Poona Ford to a one-year contract.
NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported that the 27-year-old turned down more money elsewhere to try to win a Super Bowl with Buffalo.
Ford, an undrafted free agent out of Texas, has spent his entire NFL career with the Seattle Seahawks.
The 5-foot-11, 310-pound Ford should help the run defense with his big body in the middle of the defensive line.
