Police: Canandaigua man faces charges after shouting profanities at the hospital after crash

Police arrested a 69-year-old Canandaigua man following a car accident on West Avenue.


According to a news release, Frank Bovenzi Jr., 69, was involved in a car accident and shouted profanities at first responders while he was transported to the hospital.

Police said he continued shouting profanities while in the emergency room.


Additional information was not available. However, he was charged with disorderly conduct and issued an appearance ticket.
