Police arrested a Canandaigua man on felony charges after an incident on Jefferson Avenue.
According to a news release, Levi Vanella, struck another person at that address during the disturbance.
The victim suffered injuries, but details were not released. Vanella had been convicted of a family offense in the last five years, which resulted in a felony count of aggravated family offense.
He was also accused of stealing property from the person at an earlier date.
He was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
