Police arrested a Canandaigua man on felony DWI charges following a hit-and-run crash at the intersection of Chapin Street and Adelaide Avenue.
According to police, John Stahl, 33, of Canandaigua was located away from the scene of the crash, where he collided with a stop sign.
Stahl was arrested for felony DWI for having a conviction in the last decade.
He was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
