Deputies report the arrest of a Marion man following a traffic stop in Arcadia.
Jon Montes, 37, was a passenger in the vehicle being operated by a protected party.
He was charged with criminal contempt for violating said order.
Montes was arraigned and will answer the charge at a later date.
