State police arrested a 23-year-old for DWI after a traffic accident during the overnight hours on April 22.
Tristin Carrington, 23, was arrested for DWI and numerous other traffic violations.
State troopers were dispatched to the scene for a reported single-car accident.
No details were released about the accident itself.
Troopers indicated that the charges were returnable to Chemung Town Court.
