Suspicious vehicle complaint leads to arrest in Lyons

State police arrested a Lyons resident following a roadside investigation on Canal Street.

On Monday troopers were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle on Canal Street.

The operator, identified as Tia Stowell, 41, was arrested for felony DWAI drugs due to a previous conviction.

She was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
