New York State Police say an extensive investigation spanning several counties resulted in two arrests.
The burglaries included storage units, hunting cabins, residences, and stolen vehicles.
Adam Hosmer, 34, of Avoca was arrested for second-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny. After being taken into custody, shotguns, ammunition, extended magazines, and a stolen vehicle were recovered.
He was also charged with criminal possession of stolen property, criminal possession of a weapon, bail jumping, two additional counts of criminal possession of a weapon as a misdemeanor, and resisting arrest.
State troopers say John Janelli, 57, of Hammondsport was arrested for two counts of criminal possession of a weapon as a felony, criminal possession of stolen property, criminal possession of a weapon as a misdemeanor, falsifying business records, and possessing burglars tools.
The investigation remains active, so additional details were not released. Both were held on no bail.
