State police arrested a 29-year-old Kendall man following a driver complaint of a white van moving erratically down I-390 in Cohocton.
Luke Stimac, 29, was ultimately arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated and issued other traffic tickets.
State police said they located the vehicle and executed a traffic stop without incident.
He was issued appearance tickets for Cohocton Town Court at a later date.
