Deputies report the arrest of a Palmyra woman following an assault investigation in Sodus.
According to a news release Alixieandra Hinkle, 28, is accused of grabbing a woman, threatening her, and striking her in the face resulting in several injuries in front of a residence on Route 104.
As result, Hinkle was charged with assault, criminal mischief, and harassment. She was taken into custody a little before 7 p.m. on Sunday.
She was transported to the Wayne County Jail for processing and will answer the charges at a later date.
