Deputies arrested a Williamson man following a family trouble complaint in the town of Walworth.
According to a news release, on Wednesday around 11:23 p.m. deputies arrested James Cannon, 34, of Williamson for DWI and inadequate exhaust.
The charges stem from an investigation into a family trouble complaint, where Cannon was stopped after leaving the scene.
Multiple parties had called to report the incident, deputies said. Upon investigation, deputies determined that Cannon was intoxicated.
He failed field sobriety tests and was charged with driving while intoxicated.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
