A Honeoye Falls man has been charged with raping a victim under 15.
Deputies arrested Brian McGovern, 20, for second-degree rape.
Details in the investigation were not released.
However, McGovern was held at the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 secured bond.
