Troopers arrested a Phelps woman following a traffic stop in the village of Palmyra.
On Sunday troopers observed a vehicle moving from its lane unsafely on Route 21.
A traffic stop followed and Sarah Hamilton, 36, was arrested for DWI, operating with a BAC over 0.08%, and issued other traffic tickets.
She will answer the charges at a later date in Palmyra Village Court.
