Deputies say a Wolcott man was taken into custody after a physical altercation with a woman on Wednesday.
Around 1 a.m. deputies arrested Nathaniel Flynn, 33, for assault following an investigation.
Flynn is accused of striking the woman, resulting in injury. Extent of that injury was not included in a press release from the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
However, deputies said Flynn was taken into custody and would be arraigned at a later date and time.
The charges will be answered in Wolcott Town Court.
