The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Penfield man following an investigation at Finger Lakes Gaming and Casino.
According to a news release, Dante Cianciola, 40, of Penfield is accused of using a forged $10 bill to buy drinks at the Remedy Bar inside the casino.
He was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument.
Additional details were not released. He’s scheduled to answer the charge at a later date in Farmington Town Court.
