Police arrested a 31-year-old Seneca Falls resident following a lengthy investigation after a traffic stop.
The original stop occurred on December 26, 2022, according to police, who said they were called to West Bayard Street after a civilian complaint for an erratic driver.
Police observed a vehicle that failed to maintain its lane. The driver, identified as Sonny Adams, 31, of Seneca Falls was found to be under the influence of marijuana.
He was charged with failure to keep right, aggravated unlicensed operation, and driving while ability impaired by drugs.
He was processed and will answer the charges at a later date.
