Deputies arrested a Seneca Falls man for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop.
Around 5 p.m. on April 10 deputies arrested Michael Popp, 30, of Seneca Falls, charging him with speeding, DWI, and driving with a BAC over 0.08%.
He was found to be intoxicated after a roadside investigation, deputies said.
Popp was released and will answer the charges at a later date.
