Generations Bank announced on Wednesday ten businesses in downtown Seneca Falls to receive plaques for the new Women’s Walk of Fame project. The first sidewalk plaque installment will occur at The Generations Bell Park located at 20 E. Bayard St. on Friday, May 12 from 4 -6 pm.
At this event, elected officials and guest speakers will highlight the project and encourage community support for future expansion of the Walk of Fame. The Women of Distinction named on the plaques will also be revealed for the first time at this event, while information on their legacy will be made available for the public to learn more.
The businesses receiving the first round of plaques are:

- Generations Agency
- The First Presbyterian Church of Seneca Falls
- Blush by CVDesigns
- WomanMade Products
- Downtown Deli
- Seneca Falls Performing Arts Center
- Fall Street Brewing
- Café 19
- It’s a Wonderful Life Museum

The groundbreaking event is open to the public.
