Cazenovia College, which recently announced its permanent closure following the spring semester, has initiated steps to facilitate the process.
The college recently held a job fair to support its employees and has now listed both its main and equestrian campuses for sale on the A&G Real Estate Partners website.
The two campuses boast impressive features, with the main campus offering 433,000 square feet of buildings on 27 acres of land. The well-maintained historic campus is situated just 20 minutes from Syracuse and includes dormitories with over 600 beds and full athletic facilities. On the other hand, the equestrian campus spans 244 acres and contains 70,000 square feet of buildings, a state-of-the-art equestrian center, 74 horse stalls, and a large competition arena and paddocks.
Interested buyers have the option to place offers on one or both campuses and can register for additional information on the properties. A&G Real Estate Partners also has other large properties available for sale, such as bankruptcy sales and auctions.
