State police have arrested a Mountour Falls man following an incident at The Falls Home.
According to troopers, Brian Gorton, 59, was charged with harassment after an incident at The Falls Home.
He’s accused of making specific statements to another resident that warranted a second-degree harassment charge.
The charge will be answered in village court at a later date.
