Penn Yan man turns himself in to police after warrant issued for harassment

Police arrested a Penn Yan man after a warrant was issued out of village court.


According to a news release, Paul Miller, 34, of Penn Yan was arrested after making contact with police to turn himself in after the warrant was issued.

He was taken into custody in Dresden on one count of aggravated harassment.

He was released by the court to appear in village court at a later date.
