The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Rochester man following a warrant investigation.
According to a news release Tommy Rogers III, 36, was arrested for grand larceny and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
He’s accused of taking a vehicle from an address in Walworth last year.
He was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
