Wayne County contractor who faces nearly 40 charges for defrauding customers could face more legal action

Two of the customers allegedly defrauded by the snow plow contractor in Wayne County are speaking out after losing hundreds of dollars.

Sisters Beverley Mancine and Diane LaChiusa, who own properties in Webster and Wayne County spoke with News8 in Rochester about their situation.

They paid hundreds of dollars to Chad Brockman, who faces an array of charges in Wayne County for taking money from customers, then not providing any services. Altogether there are nearly 40 charges against Brockman at this stage of the investigation.

When Mancine and LaChiusa attempted to contact Brockman throughout the winter- they received no answer. The two have vowed to take him to small claims court to get their money back.
