The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of a Marion woman following a larceny investigation in the village of Sodus.
According to a news release, Jennifer Torrellas, 43, of Marion is accused of stealing a tuna fish sandwich from Patron’s Market Place on West Main Street.
Deputies charged Torrellas with petit larceny.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at a later date.
