After a 10-year hiatus, pop-punk band All-American Rejects have announced new tour dates, including a stop in Upstate New York on Aug. 21 at Darien Lake Amphitheater near Buffalo.
Fellow pop-punk favorites New Found Glory, The Starting Line, and the Get Up Kids will open the show at 7 p.m. Motion City Soundtrack will not appear at Darien Lake, but is part of the lineup on select dates as part of AAR’s “Wet Hot All-American Summer Tour.”
Tickets for the concert go on sale Friday, April 7 at 10 a.m. through Live Nation, with prices varying. All-American Rejects expressed excitement to celebrate the soundtrack of their fans’ youth, while noting that this is a celebration of summers gone by.
The concert is the third major pop-punk show at Darien Lake this summer, along with Fall Out Boy and Bring Me the Horizon on Aug. 4 and The Offspring with Sum 41 and Simple Plan on Aug. 20.
