Deputies report the arrest of a 39-year-old Ontario man following several complaints from concerned citizens regarding a snow removal service.
Chad Brockman, 39, who was arrested by state police in March on an array of charges related to not fulfilling services promised in a contract, was arrested by deputies.
Brockman was charged with two counts of scheme to defraud and petit larceny.
He was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date in local court.
