Deputies arrested a Seneca Falls resident following a welfare fraud investigation in Seneca County.
William Weston, 63, of Seneca Falls was arrested for offering a false instrument for filing, welfare fraud, and misuse of food stamps.
It’s alleged he failed to disclose household income while receiving monetary benefits from Seneca County.
Weston was released on an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date.
