Sodus Point woman arrested for DWI after running out of gas

Deputies report the arrest of a Sodus Point woman for driving while intoxicated after she ran out of gas during the early-morning hours on Saturday.

Amy Gonzalez, 28, was reportedly driving while intoxicated and ran out of gas at the intersection of State Routes 104 and 88 in the town of Sodus.

She was arrested and transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, where her BAC was determined to be 0.14%.

Gonzalez was issued appearance tickets for a later date.
