Seneca Falls man acquitted of predatory sex assault

A Seneca Falls man was acquitted of serious charges.


Facing a Class A felony charge that carried a possible life sentence in prison, Bryndyn Neel, 33, was acquitted.

He was charged with predatory sexual assault against a child.

Neel’s defense attorney Rome Canzano told the Finger Lakes Times that his client was also acquitted of the felony charges of rape and unlawful imprisonment.

Neel was convicted of a misdemeanor child endangerment charge.
