Deputies arrested a 26-year-old Waterloo resident following a welfare fraud investigation.
Sierra Peters, 26, was charged with misuse of food stamps and welfare fraud on March 23.
It’s alleged that Peters failed to disclose household income while receiving benefits from Seneca County.
She was issued appearance tickets for the charges.
