Troopers from the State Police barracks in Painted Post arrested a man from Tioga, Pennsylvania for aggravated driving while intoxicated and traffic violations.
The incident took place on March 26 when the troopers observed a speeding vehicle on Interstate 99 in the town of Lindley.
The operator of the vehicle, identified as Jason S. Kolowski, 45, was pulled over and arrested by the troopers. After processing at SP Painted Post, Kolowski was issued an appearance ticket and released to a sober third party.
The case will be heard at the Lindley Town Court on April 18, 2023, at 6:00 p.m.
