The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 29-year-old Rochester man following a traffic stop in Macedon.
Joseph Wiesner, 29, was observed ‘all over the road’ while traveling north on Walworth Road in Macedon, deputies said in a news release.
It was later determined that he was intoxicated and following a traffic stop he was put through field sobriety tests.
Wiesner was found to have a BAC of 0.28%, according to deputies, who say felony charges were filed.
He’s been charged with felony DWI, felony aggravated DWI, and failure to keep right.
