The New York Mets added pitching depth on Saturday, signing veteran right-hander Dylan Bundy to a minor league contract.
Bundy reunites with Buck Showalter, who managed him for four seasons in Baltimore.
The 30-year-old posted a 4.89 ERA over 140 innings for the Minnesota Twins last season. In 190 career big-league games, Bundy owns a 4.74 ERA.
Bundy will start the season at Triple-A Syracuse but could be one of the first players in line for a call-up.
