State police arrested a Fulton man on an array of child pornography charges following a lengthy investigation.
Investigators found images and videos on his smartphone and computer depicting sexual exploitation of children, according to a news release.
Joshua Demars, 37, of Fulton was charged with three counts of possessing sexual performance by a child, two counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child, and one count of tampering with evidence.
He was remanded to the Oswego County Jail on $2,500 cash bail after arrest.
State Police were assisted by U.S. Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Fulton Police Department.
The investigation is continuing.
