Police arrested a 27-year-old Seneca Falls man following a domestic incident.
On March 17th around 10:30 p.m. police arrested Todd Murphy, of Seneca Falls.
Police responded to a complaint that Murphy was engaging in a dispute with a female victim. Upon investigation, it was determined that on March 14th he punched holes in a wall and door of the victim’s property.
It was also determined that the victim had an active order of protection against him.
Murphy was charged with criminal mischief, criminal contempt, and aggravated family offense.
The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
