For the first time in school history, the Victor Blue Devils are bringing home a state title.

Victor (24-2) rolled past the North Rockland Raiders (19-8), 56-38, in the New York State Class AA Final on Saturday night at Cool Insuring Arena in Glens Falls.

The Blue Devils, who never trailed in the contest, held a 10-point lead at halftime and outscored North Rockland 32-24 in the second half to secure the win.

Victor was led by Griffen Hopkins, who netted a game-high 15 points on 5-of-10 shooting. Garrett Clar poured in 12 while Cam Ryan, Nick Leonard, and AJ Queri chipped in nine apiece.
