Police have completed the investigation into an accident that left one motorcyclist dead in Bath.
It happened in January, police said, when a 67-year-old from Prattsburgh was operating an SUV and ultimately ticketed for her role.
The motorcyclist, identified as 59-year-old Gary Strait was found pinned under the SUV after the wreck.
He later died at the hospital.
No other information was released by police.
