The Buffalo Bills added their second free agent on Wednesday morning, agreeing to a two-year contract with wide receiver Deonte Harty worth up to $13.5 million through bonuses and incentives, per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Harty, 25, has played most of his career in the slot and is known for his speed. He also has returned kicks and was named an All-Pro returner as a rookie.
Harty appeared in only four games last season with the New Orleans Saints due to injury, catching two passes for 13 yards. In 2021, Harty caught 36 passes for 570 yards and three touchdowns.
