State police arrested a Bath man following an incident on Main Street in Avoca.
Troopers arrested John Hernandez, 57, of Bath for fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.
The charges stem from an incident where Hernandez allegedly broke things at that residence in Avoca.
He was transported to state police headquarters for processing.
