After spending two seasons at Syracuse, Symir Torrence has entered the transfer portal, according to a report from ESPN’s Jeff Borzello.
The senior guard, who has an extra year of eligibility left because of the pandemic, averaged 11.2 minutes per game, 2.4 points per game, and 1.6 assists per game this past season with the Orange.
Torrence becomes the second Syracuse player to enter the transfer portal this offseason, joining John Bol Ajak.
This news comes on the same day the Orange landed former Baldwinsville basketball star and Notre Dame transfer JJ Starling.
