State police in Horseheads arrested a Southern Tier man following an incident on March 8th.
Troopers were called to the scene regarding an ‘ongoing complaint’. While details of that complaint were not released.
Authorities were interviewing Larry Keyser, 62, of Horseheads when they observed a white powdery substance. He later admitted to police that it was methamphetamine.
He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. The charge will be answered at a later date in local court.
