The Buffalo Sabres are finally back in the win column.
After falling behind 2-0 in the second period, the Sabres (33-28-5, 71 points) scored four consecutive goals and held on for a 4-3 victory over the Toronto Maple Leafs (40-18-8, 88 points) on Monday night at Scotiabank Arena, snapping a four-game skid.
Alex Tuch returned to the lineup and netted a pair of goals, both of which came in the third period. He has now reached 30 goals for the first time in his career. Jack Quinn and Dylan Cozens also found the back of the net. Owen Power and JJ Peterka each collected a pair of assists. Craig Anderson stopped 25-of-28 shots, including 11 in the final 20 minutes.

The Sabres will continue their three-game road trip on Wednesday when they face the Washington Capitals at Capital One Arena. Puck drop is set for 7 p.m.
