A Geneva man was taken into custody over the weekend following an investigation into child abuse in Seneca County.
Preston W. Fullerton, Sr., 43, was arrested on March 10th and faces multiple charges of child endangerment and strangulation.
According to the authorities, Fullerton allegedly physically abused three children repeatedly over an extended period. In one incident, he allegedly restricted the airway of one of the children. The charges against Fullerton include three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree strangulation.
Fullerton appeared in the Seneca County Centralized Arraignment Court where he was arraigned and later released to pre-trial supervision. The victims received orders of protection in their favor.
