The Buffalo Sabres made their third trade of the week on Thursday afternoon.
Buffalo sent forward Anders Bjork to the Chicago Blackhawks in exchange for future considerations.
Bjork, 26, has spent most of this season in the AHL with the Rochester Americans and reportedly asked to be moved somewhere else, per TSN’s Darren Dreger.
He played 74 games for the Sabres over parts of three seasons, tallying eight goals and 14 points.
