Deputies say an Ontario man was arrested after an investigation into a traffic stop that happened in Wayne County on February 28th.
Ryan Hillegeer, 38, of Ontario was arrested for DWI, failure to keep right, and several other charges including refusal to submit a breath test.
The charges stem from a traffic stop where deputies observed Hillegeer speeding on Route 104, while driving erratically.
He was asked to participate in field sobriety tests, which he failed. Eventually he submitted to a breath test, revealing a 0.23% BAC.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
