With a few days left until the trade deadline, the Buffalo Sabres added some depth to the blue line on Monday.
The club acquired defenseman Riley Stillman from the Vancouver Canucks in exchange for forward Josh Bloom.
Stillman, 24, has 23 points (3 goals, 20 assists) in 140 NHL games with Florida, Chicago, and Vancouver. He is under contract through next season with a $1.35 million cap hit.
