Traffic stop in Victor leads to drug charges

Deputies say a 51-year-old Rochester man was arrested after a traffic stop on February 18th in the town of Victor.

According to a news release, Orlando Serra, 51, of Rochester was arrested for two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, aggravated unlicensed operation, and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.


Following a traffic stop Serra was found to have several suspensions of his license. He was also in possession of two controlled substances.

Deputies processed and released him on appearance tickets. The charges will be answered in local court at a later date.
