Batavia’s average is $3.37, down 2 cents from last Monday, while Buffalo’s average is $3.40, down 1 cent from last week. Elmira’s average is $3.42, down 2 cents from last Monday, while Ithaca’s average is $3.50, down 2 cents from last week.
Rochester’s average is $3.46, down 1 cent from last Monday, while Rome’s average is $3.51, down 4 cents from last week. Syracuse’s average is $3.46, down 1 cent from last week, and Watertown’s average is $3.48, down 3 cents from last week.
