The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Prattsburgh duo following a months-long investigation into stolen propane tanks from a local store.
Miranda Elwell, 29, and Joshua Roth, 39, are accused of damaging a storage facility and stealing several propane tanks.
The two were charged with a felony count of burglary, as well as criminal mischief, criminal facilitation, and petit larceny.
The charges will be answered in local court at a later date.
